We have seen the below error message coming up in OAM Admin and managed server logs persistently.
<Sep 30, 2014 3:23:18 PM CDT> <Error> <Default> <BEA-000000> <Failed to communicate with any of configured Access Server, ensure that it is up and running.>
1. Login to WLS Admin console.
2. Goto myrealm >Providers >IAMSuiteAgent .
3. Goto Provider Specific and change the Primary Access Server accordingly and specify IAMSuiteAgent password, if you don’t know the password reset new password for IAMSuiteAgent in OAM Console and specify the new password here.
4. Bounce the OAM Admin and managed servers.
